Style chat and live call together. Saving updates the live embed without a republish.
Look styles the visitor chat and live call together — colors, theme, corners, shadow, glass, and fonts. It does not build a hosted marketing page. New agents go live as an embed on your existing site.
Open the site's Look page. Every control applies to both surfaces.
Save goes live immediately#
Choose Save look. The save writes the agent row and refreshes the embed (and any leftover hosted page) so visitors see the change without waiting for a republish. Confirm in a private window on a real embed.
Unsaved preview in the dashboard is only a preview. Badge hide/show on Operate and Scale uses the same live refresh.
Use website vs Light or Dark#
Agent theme has three choices:

| Light | Pins chat and live call to the light palette. |
| Dark | Pins chat and live call to the dark palette. |
Use website is auto. A fixed Light or Dark pins both chat and live call for every visitor. Edit light and dark palettes separately; the preview switch only changes which palette you are editing.
On an embed, the loader can still pass data-theme="light" or data-theme="dark" as a host override. See Embed overview.
Colors, presets, and type#
- Presets — Sharp, Soft, Glass, Minimal — set corners, shadow, border, and glass together.
- Primary color — visitor bubbles, call accents, and main actions. Auto (site accent) inherits the crawled-brand accent used for the widget.
- Fine-tune secondary, background, panel surface, corners, shadow, border, glass, and font.
- Match site for font applies when the agent is embedded on an external site; Widget default keeps the widget typeface.
Use sufficient contrast and keep interactive states distinguishable. Preview at desktop and narrow widths, including Korean and English labels.
Live talk in the Look preview#
The Look preview can show chat or live call with the selected light or dark palette. That preview uses the same visitor chrome as the embed. Dashboard Talk to your agent (Review and the agent tester) uses platform chrome instead — see Voice and live calls.
Branding badge#
Badge removal is available on Operate and Scale. Launch sites retain the Make Agent Fast referral badge. Saving the badge setting also updates the live embed without a republish.
